1. Habitual Action (kebiasaan): sesuatu yang sudah menjadi kebiasaan.
e.g. I always  go to campus on mondays

2. General Truth (kebenaran umum) : sesuatu yang kebenarannya tidaak terbantahkan, sifatnya universal, diketahui semua orang.
e.g. SBY is the precident of Indonesia

3. Time Table/schedule 
e.g. The train arrives at 04.00 pm

4. Headline news/title in newspaper
e.g. A thief steals Mr. Risal's TV

5. Promise/apologize/suggest                             (RAYMOND MURPHY)
e.g. I promise, I won't Come late again
e.g. I apologize of my mistake
